I have had two email accounts : beside the one I am using now I have :

I was away on holidays and when I tried to use it I was told that for safety reasons yahoo would send my new password on my mobile. However, my mobile number has changed and right now the cell is broken so I cannot use it. Could you send my new password for the second account on my first account?
I was told that the issue cannot be resolved on line but when I tried to ring the phone is always engaged-please help - please send me my new password on my mariaupal account.
