Junk Mail

New Email
Hi, I run a computer help group for some seniors - I am also a senior. One of our group receives junk mail which automatically goes to her "junk" folder in her e-mail program. However, she notes that the sender is always listed as her own e-mail address so she doesn't know who is sending the junk mail. Her server hasn't been able to help. Any ideas?
Thanks for any advice.

Hi Alan,

You can check the full e-mail headers to find the true source of the spam messages. If you need instructions for a mail program that is not listed please let me know and I'll get them created. Also, if you copy and paste the full e-mail headers into a reply to this post I can help you fill out an abuse report and assist in trying to get the spam messages stopped.
