IncrediMail Setup


New Email
i had incredimail @ old addy {deleted} i have changed it to
{deleted} before i changed servers i deleted old incredible mail now when i try to download it anew it still goes to the old server. what
should i do ?? please send reply to {deleted} ty

Hi Roni,

To configure IncrediMail to look at a new mail servers please use these steps:

  • Go to the Tools menu and select Accounts

  • Highlight the account you want to edit and click Properties

  • Under the General tab update your Email and Reply addresses
IncrediMail - Update Addresses.JPG

  • Under the servers tab update the mail servers, username, and password
IncrediMail - Update Servers Username Password.JPG

  • The information for that step should have been provided by the customer service
  • Press the OK button.
  • Check the new account for e-mail.
