how to set up email with verizon

how do i set up my email with outlook expres using verizon
i have had to change computer, i,m using now my old dell at least 6 years old,
tryed live mail but it want work on this computer,need help bad

i only use verizon for internet,but i want to start using verizone as my email to.
@hotmail.com is what i was using with my other computer,it works with my incredimail
but on this computer i can,t send pictures to my friends. so i thought maybe verizone would work.thanks

Have you tried any other email programs to try to send pictures? (yahoo, gmail etc)
