Are you having a problem with your Microsoft Outlook because the name of your company's Microsoft Exchange Server changed?
If you try to edit it directly from your Outlook configuration you may find that you are unable to edit the setting because it is read-only / greyed out.
To get around this go to your Control Panel and click the Mail icon :
Then click the Email Accounts button :
Next, highlight "Microsoft Exchange Server" and click the Change button :
Type in the new name for the exchange server and click Next :
Last, follow the prompts to apply and save the changes.
