How to attach Picasa photos

I use Yahoo mail as my default for everything, however when I try to attach Picasa photos it says click on Windows Mail to use the default but none of my photos have been delivered by Yahoo mail ?

Are you using the web based Picasa or the version you download and install on your computer?
