How Do I Reset the Password on a Sub Account?

I can get to the "Edit Sub Account" area online, but it only has various name/bday/etc... but not password reset.

Aside: the sub-account is my wife's. I set it up and everything worked great until one day it just stopped working. My wife certainly didn't change the password, but suddenly it no longer works. Perhaps that may help debug the real issue... but if I could simply reset her sub account pwd, then it wouldn't be an issue!

Hello,

The same "forgot password" links that you can use for resetting passwords on primary accounts also work on Verizon sub accounts.

If you still have trouble resetting the password the best thing to do is contact Verizon support.
