How can I retrieve my old e-mails

Hi. Dear help desk.
I was sick for long time and I started accessing my e-mail account I found all my old emails have been removed. It very important for to be able to retrive thoes mails as hey the correspendese from the University and I need them now to continue corresponding with my lectures. Please help.

Hi Mojasam,

Who is your provider? It might be possible they can recover the emails.

Most free email providers will not be able to recover your email if your account was deactivated.
