M Michelle89 New Email Jul 13, 2015 #1 Hi there.. We have company ecommerce website. Customers using hotmail/msn/outlook accounts do not receive emails sent from our site.. Here is some related info, it still applies even though you're sending to Microsoft not Gmail and might not be using exchange: Gmail delivers email from my exchange server to the spam folder | Email Questions If everything still looks good, this is how to open a ticket with Microsoft - Hotmail Blacklist | Email Questions
