Help! Blocked from account! But by me? DOH!

Dear hotmail!

I've been logged in for to long (i think). In a brainfart I had two windows open with my email in, writing 2 dif. mails.

Coming down with the flu I ended up falling asleep before finishing them.

Now I'm blocked from my email because it seems to think I'm hacking myself *facepalm*

I am in NO way interested in making a new password. Every "movement" have been from my laptop. How do I proceed? Could I please get some help unlocking my account? Without changing my password? I wanner keep it.

Are you really telling me that my only option then is to change my password?
