Try copying them to a program such as Word or Notepad and formatting the text to black. Before printing you could also change your print settings from color to black and white mode. I leave my printer default settings at black and white draft mode to help save ink. Another thing to check in the display option for your email program. Turn off any rich text or HTML settings and display emails as plain text. Any a combination of any of the above should fix the problem for you. Are you using Microsoft Outlook?
