When setting up my email account. I entered my details i.e name and address signature etc. Each time I send a email it spell checks these details and gives me alternative names to change to. Is there any way I can stop this from happening as I send lots of emails and it is time consuming.
I there any way the system can recognize these details and check the rest of the document and ignore this part of it.
