Email spell checks

:thanks:When setting up my email account. I entered my details i.e name and address signature etc. Each time I send a email it spell checks these details and gives me alternative names to change to. Is there any way I can stop this from happening as I send lots of emails and it is time consuming.

I there any way the system can recognize these details and check the rest of the document and ignore this part of it.

What is doing the spell check?

If it's your web browser you can right click the words and select wording similar to "Add to dictionary"
