R Raven Valued Member Jan 22, 2009 #1 I had my computer in shop and just got it back. I am setting up my email through Outlook. I have comcast as my ISP. I am trying to set up my email clients for Kids Defense Team. Incoming emails are fine. My outgoing I know I have to set up as comcast outgoing emails and set up a certain port. Can you guide me to which port that would be please. Thanks.

Port 587 should also work for Comcast customers and appears to support smtp-auth for users that are off network. I am able to make a test connection to both ports 25 and 587 from my computer. Did this information help to solve the problem? -Raymond
