    Hello Name of Customer,

We apologize for the concern caused by the e-mail notification that you received.

Occasionally a new e-mail virus that appears to be from a legitimate support address can make it's way to your inbox.

I recommend that you delete the e-mail message and make sure that you are running the latest anti-virus and spyware detection software on your computer.

If you do not have anti-virus and/or spyware detection software installed we recommend these free programs:

    Avast Anti-Virus - http://www.avast.com/

Spybot Search and Destroy - http://www.spybot.com/

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
