Don't get emails

I get people phoning me asking me why I don't reply to there emails but when looking for it I never got it?When they mail it the second time it comes through and shows the original mail I never recieved.This is my business email and I do not know how much work I my already have lost due to undelivered mail.I have these senders saved under my contacts and also checked my junk mail.Please help.

Which email service hosts your business email account?

Do you have your own domain name, or are you using a free email account as a business account?

Do the senders ever receive a bounce message to their inbox or spam folder when trying to email you?
