I was forced to cancel my Comcast triple play account because I moved to an area that they do not service. Up until 3 days ago I was able to pick up all my comcast.net emails at a new address in www.mail.com and had no problems. Now I cannot access them and i will need to contact all my senders to change the incoming mail addresses.Is there any way I can continue to get my emails with a comcast address fowarded ?
Sorry, this is one of the downsides to using free email accounts.
You can lose accounts when you change ISP's, and free accounts come with limited if any support.
One of the best ways to prevent these types of issues is to register your own domain name with a registrar such as Godaddy so that you will have guaranteed support for for e-services such as DNS and Email Hosting.
