AOL error 554 5.2.1 when sending email

    Are you receiving AOL error 554 5.2.1 when trying to send email out the AOL smtp servers?

    Double check the outgoing mail server settings in your mail program.

    You should be using smtp.aol.com, on port 587, and have checked the box for "my server requires authentication".
