THERESA Customer Service Oct 7, 2012 #1 Usually I'm the one trying to answer questions but this time I have one. When trying to send mail through my thunderbird email, I received the following error: An error occurred sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: Server is busy, please try back later. [R0003001] I tried twice and it still wouldn't send. Any ideas?

Their mail servers respond with the error before even trying to accept an email.
