Yes, we absolutely use Google Apps for our email.
I had no idea that when we changed providers, the rest of the technicalities like this didn't move over as well.
I will endeavor to take care of this quickly, and, once I do, I'm sure it will be fixed.

Regular emails - no newsletters, etc.
We don't spam, and we are certain that others have not gotten ahold of the domain and done so without out...
