- You are connected to the network and using the correct DNS servers for your company network?
- If you are out of the office, did you connect to your VPN?
- Double check your saved password is correct in your settings
- Contact your local help desk for additional assistance
- Is the server name for your exchange server correct?
- Try adding a hosts file entry for the exchange server if DNS is not working
- One of the exchange servers might need to be restarted
- The Windows Administrators may need to check their domain controller policies
