For about a week when I go into Yahoo Mail (Mozilla), I get a message saying my screen resolution is set below the minimum recommendation of 1024x600. It isn't. It is set to the recomended 1366x768. Until today I could click 'try again' and get into my mail. Today I get a split second glimpse of my inbox before the screen resolution message, but then everything freezes and I can't get into mail at all. I have tried changing my screen resolution in the control panel and changing it back to the recommended - clicking Apply, OK and restarting, dozens of times, but without success. I know my email account is OK because I can read emails on my tablet, but I need a solution for my laptop. How do I get yahoo Mail to recognize my actual screen resolution? I have changed to every size and nothing changes. I use windows 7 on Mozilla.
