How to create a mail filter rule in Lotus Notes 8.5

    To create a mail filter rule that sorts your incoming email into a folder with Lotus Notes 8.5 :

    • Expand the Tools menu and select Rules :

    • Click the New Rule button :

    • Complete the Create Conditions and click Add :

    • Complete the Specify Rule field and click Add

    • Click OK

    If you have an existing email to work with this way is faster :


    • From within the email click More and then select Create QuickRule

    I have a 2000 user using lotus notes 8.5,i'm the admin for them all,my question is when I add the rules to filter spam mail, is it will filter the email to spam folder for my all 2000 user? ...
