How do I create an additional email address at Cogeco?

    According to the Cogeco help site creating a new email address is a two-step process. First, you must activate a new email account on the mail server. To do this, access Self Care and log in using your primary email address and password. Click on Add Email Account (If the Add Email Account link does not appear, you may have used all of your available addresses and will need to delete an address before you can add a new one). After you have added a new account, you must create a new profile in your email program.
