My question is can you have two full accounts with Windows live mail? In other words with Outlook express (which we had previously) we were able to have two accounts and simply switch identities. We were able to view emails and they were kept until we deleted them. I can do this with my primary account, but as soon as I view a message on what I assume is the default account, the message disappears and I don't know where it went and can't seem to retrieve it. This is very frustrating and I would like a solution. Thank you and I hope this question is clear.

    Hello,

Yes you are allowed to have two or more different accounts in Windows Live Mail.

Is the problem that when you send an email it's not always From: the email address that you're expecting, or that when you try to start a new email sometimes nothing happens?
