email problems

    Yesterday I had 1 email address, XXXXX@gmail.com, to many problems so I switched and I opened another with yahoo but many problems to log on, gmail asked me to activate all of my active x tabs which I did and then a box pops up and says my computer is at risk, also they keep phoning me these codes which is a pain because my phone is in another room and its for business and again no one will help me with this problem, so of course there are many email servers so I chose yahoo, but many problems to log on, different than the gmail, but problems, I was very happy when I had hotmail but they took it away because it may not be mine so they told me so about 1 year ago I went to gmail, I noticed a pattern in both email places , they really dont like it if you use it all of the time, I dont know maybe I am going crazy LOL, but getting very fed up this is why I am here, hoping someone will help me before I throw in the towel, I would prefer to keep both emails for now because again I will lose all of my contacts in which I did not transfer, I live in Guatemala, where right now you have electricity and 2 seconds later none, this may happen 5 times a day or 5 times a month, who knows LOL, so please I will continue to try to log on to Yahoo (PHONE NUMBER EDITED OUT OF POST). Its really 8 numbers and the area code so the number is real LOL, many people tell me its not a real phone number but it really is LOL, please I need help.

    First of all, NEVER post your email address or phone number on a public forum. (I have deleted them for you) You will be over run with spam and unsolicited phone calls.

    Why do you keep getting phone calls with codes from gmail?

    What problems are you having logging in with yahoo?

    Thank you for helping me out, they phone me each time I try to log on for a 2 step verification, but I checked the bos where it says no more verification, but it doesn't work, at first they said I needed this, but later it became a pain because they were doing it always instead of now and then, I lost my first email and did not want to lose another, so I said yes to this, but when they said to enable all of my active x tabs which I did then the box popped up I realized something wrong with this picture, so I put everything back the way it was, I tried again yesterday and still the same, I use my email everyday for my business and so this again is a terrible loss to me and yahoo I use their page as my homepage as of this am and no problem to log in, hoping it stays the same. thank you so much.

    Do you have a personal smart phone? gmail has an authenticator app that will show a code on your phone when you try to log in. There is also an option to remember your computer so it isn't asking you every single time as long as you are logging in from the same pc.

    When you check the box that says no more verification (which we strongly do NOT condone due to too many accounts being hacked) are you forgetting to hit "save"?

    We also recommend using Mozilla Firefox for your browser and see how that works for you.

    No I have just a normal phone, no I did not hit the save button I think but each time I get on I dont have to check the box because its already checked and I have only one PC and that box is always checked off also, I thought it was a little funny because why would they put these there if they do not work, so I thought they dont even check.
    Everything is automated, most people become complacent on a job that they are bored, nothing exciting, so maybe this is it I thought, I am pulling straws making excuses for them LOL but seriously I dont know enough about computers, everywhere I have lived I have had a tech for a friend and never needed to know much, well except for here, most of my tech friends are no longer with us or we are not in contact anymore, probably more my fault and not there's.

    I really don't know what to say except for I am very confused on why a company would upgrade if things work right, upgrade when you are sure everything is working.

    If you only have a regular phone then I am confused who is calling you? gmail sends codes via text they don't call people on the phone.

    If they are not calling who is, its an automated call, each time I type in my email address and password the phone rings and they have a code for me, without a mistake they do and then I can log in only if all of my active x tabs are enabled, if I dont activate them I cannot log in.

    So now what do we do, I also was telling a friend of mine these problems and he has this 2 step security also, but nothing like mine, I have a lot of problems with my computer and I dont know if this did this or what, right now my wpwin 13. exe Process Id 7464 crashed and I am not sure what to do, I went on line last night and I think but I am not sure if it was a real person or machine, when it comes to computers etc. I am smart like truck, they told me to get one of these programs Bcupdate2.exe or Utility windows Installer Cleanup utility (MSICUU2.exe), so this is my plan for the day when I have the time to look for these on the internet, but I do need to get something straight, I wont lie to you ever, I have no reason to, so when I say they phoned they phoned, may not be who we think it is, but maybe LOL, so thanks for the email you made my day.

    Also, next to 2-Step verification click the settings box to verify that's not going to your phone.

    I clicked the link you sent me and my gmail box opened to add in my gmail account name and my password, I am very mistified by all of this. I really dont want to but if you want me to I will, I also have the program mail notifier that when someone sends me an email it pops up on my screen I noticed yesterday or the day before the gmail team is trying to get a hold of me. It comes up for a split second then another and so forth. Do you want me to read these if I go on and tell you or copy it and paste it for you, the last time they sent me one I was not to please at their answer and tell me this, why is it not possible to redpond to them, the email always comes back, very frustrating. Please let me know what you want me to do.

    By the way my only problem with yahoo is that its very slow, but to be honest I think its the computer.

    Oh yeah there is one problem I forgot with yahoo, if I dont use their page I have a very hard time to log into my mail, I solved this by using their page as my browser.
