Check your Gmail Trash for mistakingly deleted emails

    It's starting to be reported that for some Gmail users, on some platforms, recently when deleting an email or marking as spam, other emails may have been mistakenly deleted or marked as spam too.

    Please take a moment to check your Trash and Spam folders.

    Please be very careful and do not hit "not spam" button on actual spam messages, or click links in red flagged dangerous messages in your spam folder.

    It is strange to me that this is not mentioned on the official Gmail Blog or Twitter feed yet.

    Again, please be careful in those folders, especially the Spam folder, since I have not confirmed yet if this is a hoax.
