Can't print outlook emails but can print Word
The message just said "error". I was able to find a Hewlett Packard "doctor" software which fixed the problem when I ran it. Earlier, it was very aggravating that that I updated my default printer on Windows XP, but it didn't seem to carry through to my web browsers and Outlook email. Let's...- johndemouy

Can't print outlook emails but can print Word
I have just installed a new printer, but was having a similar problem with my prior printer. I can print Word documents, but cannot print emails from Outlook. I just get a generic error message.- johndemouy
