My hotmail has been blocked and my alternative email is not active?

So my hotmail has been for some reason blocked and my alternative email has not been active for ages and i am not even sure if it exist anymore (i've tried anything) what am i supposed to do now? Got some important stuff on that mail i would like to be able to use soon ...
