anonprivate Valued Member Jun 7, 2014 #1 I find that using the new Yahoo Mail causes major problems with the long scripts and my pc's memory (1GB). Hence, I am using the original version of Yahoo Mail, but it has very few features. I was wondering if I would be better off using Google Mail, or would I have the same problems that I have with Yahoo Mail (new version). Advice, please Ps. I use Firefox and Windows Vista

You can always use a mail program like Thunderbird to grab your email from Yahoo or Gmail. The best bet would be to upgrade your RAM. It's less than a $100 and will give you performance boost all around.
