I NEED some serious help here people. Everyone in my email account has been sent spam from my email address about canadian Viagra.

Its become really embarassing, and my uni lecturer had to email me about it all.

I've deleted all my contacts to try to stop it, and i've now changed my password.

I've followed the advice on this page, can anyone help in reading this header??

I ran a full Nortan Security scan in the hope it would clear anything, but it happened again the next day. I deleted all my contacts yesterday, and hopefully that stops it.
