For example maybe the sender changed their From: address or another piece of information that you used when creating the filter.

THERESA Customer Service May 25, 2013 #2 One of mine stopped working and I changed the filter from "is" to "contains" and it started working again. I'm not exactly sure why, but that fixed it for me.
