Did you get the following error when clicking on a link inside Microsoft Outlook 2013?
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.
The error can be the result of not having a default web browser configured.
To set a default web browser in Windows 8 first click the Windows "start" butotn, then type in Default Programs:
Next, click on "Set your default programs":
Last, scroll and select your favorite web browser, such as Google Chrome, and then click "Set this program as default":
