Over the years it has caused the fewest amount of client complaints and false positives for me. A new Barracuda BRBL which I have been using for around 2 months has also done well for me. As far as RBL's go, these days I'm still a huge fan of Spamhaus, and also recommend Invaluement. Run Spamhaus and Invaluement side by side, they compliment each other well. Invaluement is excellent at preventing the /24 snow show type of spamming that typically isn't included within Spamhaus Zen.
