EQ Admin EQ Forum Admin Staff member Oct 5, 2015 #2 Check your message rules and email forwards. Do you have a setting or rule that is sending the email in loops? Do you see the duplicates in the hotmail webmail or a mail program on your computer / phone ? Worst case, create a message rule that sends email from that sender to a folder and let them know you're getting multiple copies. Is it an actual email or an auto-responder that's looping?
