There is a second issue being widely reported by users related to the recent Microsoft Outlook updates.
The first issue reported was that
Microsoft Outlook can not connect to email servers with weak SSL keys.
This additional issue being reported by the Mac community who are recommending that users stick with 14.4.9 until the issue is resolved.
If you already upgraded try these steps to fix Microsoft Outlook:
- Open Terminal
- Type defaults delete com.microsoft.Outlook (to delete the old preferences).
- killall cfprefsd (to kill the cached prefs)
- Launch Outlook
If you have Time Machine setup on your Mac you should also be able to restore to a point in time before you did the Microsoft Office upgrade.
