My hotmail account has been blocked, and I cannot get it back

Hi guys

My hotmail account, was working 2 days ago, but since yesterday, it has been blocked, I cannot access it, and when it offers to send me a validation code, it sends it to an email address that I put in years ago, that doesnt work anymore, as when I enter that address , it says it doesnt exist, even when I treid to change the password for it.

It will not give me an option to send the code to my phone, which is easier


can anyone help?

I have the same problem. I could change my password trough my phone but that did not help my account to be deblocked.
