To view the full headers of an e-mail in Microsoft Outlook 97:

• Double click open the e-mail
• Select the Options tab

To view the full headers of an e-mail in Microsoft Outlook 2003:

• Double click open the e-mail
• Select Options from the View menu
• The full headers are in the Internet Headers box

Please note that there are no internet headers when an e-mail is sent and received within the same Microsoft exchange server.
