Junk emails

Hi,
We have a small business and every day we get 20 - 30 junk emails. Is there any way of stopping these from coming?

blockers - I don't know..
Only 1 email account
Just found a bigger problem.
Arrived in Amsterdam and can receive mail ok but on sending I get -
Authentification setting may not be correct for your outgoing server
Any Ideas
