How to view full header in Yahoo mail?

When I do the context menu for a message listing, the "View Full Header" item is disabled.

Are you viewing Yahoo Mail in Basic or Full Featured mode?

It is required that you are using the full featured Yahoo Mail.

If you are in Basic you'll see the following link in the top right of the Yahoo inbox screen:

If you click the link for "Switch to thew newest Yahoo Mail" your screen will refresh and reload as full featured Yahoo Mail.

It seems that for some messages, the menu item to View Full Header is available, but for others it is not.

The view full headers menu option is not available when you select a conversation because there are multiple emails involved in conversations.

To see the full email headers of an email from a conversation, first you need to turn off conversations:

After conversations are disabled you will be able to view the email headers of all emails.
