How to delete duplicate emails from Thunderbird

Did your Thunderbird download a duplicate copy of your emails?

• Maybe your email service provider had to restore your mailbox?
• Maybe your ISP did a server migration?
• Maybe a web site went crazy and sent you lots of emails?

This add-on does a great job of removing the duplicate emails from inbox and folders:

After downloading the install file:



Go to Tools -> Addons and then use the Gear icon to select Install add-on from File.
