What are the steps to delete my SCRYPTmail account?

To delete your SCRYPTmail account, first click the Settings gear in the top left of your inbox:



On the right side of the settings page, click Settings, then click Delete Account:



As of June 2015, backups of your SCRYPTmail account will cease to exist in 7 days.

No.

At this time it's not possible to re-register an email address that was previously used.

If/when a policy is implemented it will be at least 365 days before an address can be re-registered.

FYI - There is a known bug right now. Empty accounts can't be deleted. If you have at least 1 email in your inbox then you can delete the account.
