Group emails only sending to one member

When sending to a group of contacts why is only one of them getting the email?

Is it the first contact listed? Are you using the correct separator between addresses?

Most mail program use a comma to separate multiple addresses, Microsoft Outlook usually uses a semi-colon.

Are you getting back any bounce messages?
