EQ Admin EQ Forum Admin Staff member Nov 19, 2008 #2 Hello, According to Google, Error #001 in Gmail means: ERROR CODE: 001 - The requested action has failed. Explanation: General message to tell the user that their action has failed. Generally occurs in Create and Updates. User action: Try the action again, and if there is still a problem, contact operations support. Click to expand... A more descriptive explanation of the error is: A conflict with software on your computer, browser cache that needs to be cleared, or a temporary problem on the Gmail server. Click to expand... It seems to me that if it happens infrequently is is safe to ignore. If the error happens often you may want to delete your web browser cache. Please let us know if the error persists so we can help you find additional answers to this question. Thank you, -Raymond
