forwarding free accounts to ISP account

I have a Frontier through Yahoo account since Frontier is my ISP. I am trying to forward all my free email accounts to that frontier account. That way I can get my emails on my phone through my WiFi at home.

I can't find a way to forward my primary Yahoo account. Is it possible?
