M Mattszo New Email Aug 21, 2015 #1 Hello, In my hotmail account I have quite a few folders and I create sub folders in order to keep things neat and tidy. However everytime I collapse them, then access an email and return to my home page all the folders are once again expanded. I searched literally every setting in my options and haven't found anything that helps me. Anyone know anything that can settle this? Thanks! Matt

Outlook.com remembers the collapsed / expanded state of my folders when using Chrome on Windows 8 Are you using the latest version of your web browser and is your computer up to date including the latest flash player? If you're not sure, check FileHippo.org and use that updater to get everything updated. Do you have any security settings that might be deleting your cookies & cache between visits? I'm not sure if that actually matters but it's worth checking too.
