E-mail password for cell phone and ipod touch

I cannot get my mail account on my iPod Touch or my smartphone. The thing I think I am missing is my e-mail account password. And I don't know my password because I do not need to use it any time I log in. How can I get this password so that my e-mail account can work on my iPod Touch and cell phone?

Who provides your email service? If you let us now the domain name (everything after the @) in your email address we can help you find the password reset instructions.

The domain is @neb.rr.com. Its Roadrunner with Outlook Express.

The incoming and outgoing email servers are:

Nebraska (Lincoln)
incoming mail server: pop-server.neb.rr.com
outgoing mail server: smtp-server.neb.rr.com

If you forgot your password you can go to Road Runner Help & Member Services Site Selector and enter the information for your area which appears to be Time Warner Nebraska.

There will be a password reset tool on the main help page for your area.
After clicking password a new window will open. Click the link for help in resetting a lost password.
