Change the table column size in my yahoo email

My table column size in my yahoo email is wrong.
The first column is too large and its size cannot be changed.
How to fix it?
Using the instructions in https://help.yahoo.com/kb/yahoo-web-hosting/SLN21067.html?impressions=true
does not solve this problem.
Attached is the screen shot to show the two-column table.

I don't think it's possible to edit the column size anymore.

I don't see a way to create a table.

If I paste a table from another application, it's not possible to hover or select any pieces of the table and adjust them.
