Can't receive email on Outlook Express
I was trying to follow the advice from Popowich to reset my email program, but this makes no sense: "Use My Computer to go to the location is step 5 and then delete the file inbox.dbx" I saved all my email messages to a new folder (TEMP), but when I go to My Computer, I don't know what to do...
