I open an email. I forward it to my son. I close it and go back to "inbox." I want to send the same email to someone else. I reopen it. It is gone!!! I don't understand this design concept. How do I get it back?

When I select PRINT MESSAGE I get an error PRINT FAILED. That is all. I have to send my Yahoo Mail to Hotmail to print it? Any suggestions?
