i am 100% sure. i am on basic please help me to switch to full featured mail.

i have firefox, internet explorer 8 and chrome, i tried on each of them but there was no blue message there. i also see my sister yahoo mail, there was blue message in his mail but i don't have. why?

there was nothing i find everywhere, i open my sister yahoo mail and switch it to basic and i saw that she can switch to basic to full featured mail because i saw 'Switch to the newest yahoo' on the upper right corner but i have don't. help me with it.

i can't change basic to full featured mail help me with that.
